I've known Bob a while. He's been an influence. I thought y'all might appreciate my recent newsletter, "Talent, Skill and an Elusive Butterfly's Story." It's about the difference between talent and skill, and how the two depend on and can nourish each other. You can find the PDF at the link below. It's the document tilted "November Newsletter.pdf."
